* WIND: Southwest 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 35 to 45 mph.
* HUMIDITY: As low as 10 to 15 percent.
* TEMPERATURES: Highs in the 70s west of the Divide and the mountains, in the 80s to near 90 in the lower basins east of the Divide.
